Recipient not receiving your sent emails


If you have sent an email and the recipient hasn’t received it, there could be a number of reasons behind this. 

Causes for emails not arriving with recipient:

Spam folder:

Ask the recipient to check their spam folder to see if the email may have ended up there. If it has they will need to mark the email as safe.

Correct email address:

Double-check the address to ensure it is correct.

Distribution group:

If you have sent an email to a distribution group and one recipient hasn’t received it, ensure that they are part of the distribution group by expanding it in the “To” field.


Check your Outbox folder to make sure the email hasn’t got stuck there. If it is still there you can resend it from that folder.
